RV Sites: Overnight & Long Term
Here at Century Park, we have two areas of RV sites. One area is specifically for overnight campers and the rest is for the long term residents. Our overnight camping area is closer to the facilities such as showers, laundry, restrooms, etc. Also, all of our overnight camping sites are pull through sites so weary travelers do not have to try backing into their spot. We have sites as large as 73 ft. long and as small as 30 ft. All of our RV sites are full hook-up sites with 30 & 50 amp electric, sewer, water, and cable hook-ups. (We do have a restriction of the top 10 aggressive dog breeds Pit Bull, American Terrier etc. connected to a pit bull, Rottweiler, German Shepher, Boxer, Huskie, Alaskan Malamute, Dober Pinscher, Chow Chow, Presa Canario and Dalmations).
For our full time resident RV sites we have gravel and concrete sites available. These sites are also full hook-up, however the majority of these long term sites are back in only, which also allows for a larger yard to enjoy. All sites do have lawn that is maintained by the park, or for a discounted monthly price residents can choose to take care of their own yard care. Concrete sites are our VIP sites and they do have an extra parking slab for the extra vehicle. We allow two vehicles to be parked on long term sites and we have overflow parking throughout the park if you have more than 2 vehicles or have visitors come into the park. There are a few different rental packages that are meant to meet a variety of residents needs. We do not accept RVs older than 15 years of age. We welcome families and pets! We have a 2 dog limit for monthly residents.
